Types of personal information collected. The firm collects personal information when you send information on the “Contact Us” Form. The web server automatically notes your email address, the IP address of the computer you are using, the name of your internet service provider, the type of browser software and operating system that you use, the date and time that you access our website(s), the website address, if any, from which you linked directly to our website(s), the website address, if any, to which you travel from our website(s), and possibly other information.
Use of personal information. The firm will use your name, and each email address, business or home address, telephone number, fax number and any other personal information that you may choose to disclose to the firm only to respond to your inquiries and for performing the services you have requested if the firm has accepted you as a client. The firm may also use the information for statistical purposes and to help us improve the website and legal services. In addition, if you request to be put on a mailing list, the firm will use the information you give us to send you firm announcements, client alerts and other materials from time to time. The firm will remove you from the mailing list upon request at any time. The firm does not use the information for any other purposes.
