Fractional General Counsel

We serve as fractional general counsel to companies that need senior-level legal support without the overhead of a full in-house team. Acting as a strategic partner to executives and founders, we manage day-to-day legal matters and provide guidance across corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory issues.

In this role, we coordinate with outside counsel as needed, help prioritize legal risks, and integrate legal strategy into business decision-making. Our objective is to provide clarity, consistency, and trusted judgment as companies grow and evolve.
